About ME
Who Was I?
Born and raised in a small Northeastern, Pennsylvania town, Nadia X Jones was constantly belittled and put into the corner of being the "black sheep" of any group. She always knew she had a love for anything that involved creativity whether it was dancing, photoshoots, or drawing, however she was always constantly reminded by her peers how "that wouldn't make any money" which kept her from experimenting with it heavily in high school. Overtime, NXJ took all that anger, frustration, and lostness and put it into her academics which eventually led her to winning a full ride scholarship to attend any university of her choice and escape from her small-minded hometown.
Who Am I?
Now attending Point Park University in Downtown Pittsburgh, NXJ now majors in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in social media. All while starting her content creation journey, working on creative direction project, running my podcast, and overall building the Nadia X Jones brand.
Who Do I Want to Be?
Overall, Nadia X Jones wants to spread love and inspiration through her work and journey. Growing up and feeling misunderstood, NXJ always found comfort through other creatives. In the end that's all she wants to be for somebody who is experiencing those same things she once did. Nadia X Jones lives by not listening to others' opinions on what you do with your life, as well as never tying yourself down to a label and she hopes she can express that through her work.
